Hey there
If you want to raise a complaint about not receiving the original property tax bill, you have to visit the municipal corporation and I think you can do it there. Ask the officials what was the matter but do get a duplicate copy of the property tax receipt. I do not think you can raise your complaint online. But to get your duplicate bill online, read:
