Hi, we recently purchased a property in Dehradun and I pay my tax through the online portal of Nagar Nigam Dehradun. You just have to enter your property details and proceed with the payment using any preferred method. You can also go to the website of Dehradun Cantonment Board, login using your mobile number and pay your tax. I am sharing detailed steps on Uttarakhand property tax payment below.
Uttarakhand Property Tax Online Payment Procedure
Paying taxes through Nagar Nigam Dehradun is quite simple. All you need to do is fill in some required information, and you’re ready. You can also download the app and pay the tax.
Here’s a quick procedure you can follow.
Go to the
NND portal.
You will find a tab named ‘Pay Tax’ on the top left corner. Click on that.
Here, you will be asked to enter some details to search your property.
You can search by your Mohalla name, mobile number, property ID, name, or house number. Enter any of the above and click on ‘search’.
You can view the bill here and make the payment using any of the methods.

How to Make Uttarakhand Property Tax Payment with DCB?
Alternatively, you can use another website I tried once. It’s called DCB, or
Dehradun Cantonment Board.Below are the steps you can follow.
Click on the ‘Login’ tab and select the ‘citizen’.
You will be directed to another page, where you have to select the language and continue.
Now, just enter your mobile number and authenticate yourself with the OTP.
You have to search your property by entering some required information.
Now just view the bill and make the payment through the portal. You may also receive a payment link via SMS or email.
After the payment, you can download the receipt.
