Mumbai's municipal corporation, known in English as the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) and in Marathi as the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), is in charge of maintaining public facilities and collecting and administering property taxes. I have recently paid my property tax in Mumbai. Hence, I can help you with the process.
Pay your rent using credit cards through NoBroker and earn reward points on your card.To pay the property tax in Mumbai, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

Go to the "Online Services" page and select "Pay Property Tax."
Enter the property account number (found on the upper portion of the last property tax receipt) and then click the appropriate link to examine overdue bills, view receipts, or make a payment.
You can log in with your property account number by going to the BMC citizen login portal.
If you don't know your property account number, choose "search" instead of logging in and type in the building's name, ward, and address.
Once logged in, double-check the information about the property that is displayed before clicking "accept."
A total overdue amount broken down by year will be shown.
Click "online payment" and enter the desired amount (please note that payment will be modified on a FIFO basis).
Currently, only net banking is supported by the BMC website. To make a payment, select your bank or payment gateway and click the "pay now" button.
Keep the invoice for future reference.
By entering the BMC online portal and selecting to examine "receipts" under "online services," you may also print the receipt.
