You need to register yourself first on the GST website and only then you can pay your GST. It is not that hard to get registered. You just need to provide your details and get your username and credentials and you are good to go!

Visit the official GST website at: https://www.gst.gov.in/
Login to the GST portal by entering the valid credentials.
Generate the challan by clicking on Services > Payments > Challan History.
Choose the CPIN link to make the payment.
If you don't know the CPIN number, you search by the date option on which it was generated.
Choose the mode of payment. Net Banking, credit/debit options are available.
Select the terms and conditions checkbox.
Tap on Make payment.
Tap on 'View Receipt' to generate your receipt.
