• Firstly, make sure the surface of your fridge door is clean and clear of grease or food crumbs. 

• Wash the door well with a light detergent and warm water. 

• As Arpita C mentioned, sand the door's surface to give it a rough texture that will aid in the paint's adhesion. 

• Before beginning, remove any remaining dust or dirt.

• After the surface has been cleaned and ready, you can apply Slick Stick. It serves as a primer and gives the top coat a uniform, smooth surface. 

• Allow the primer to dry completely. 

• Select the paint colour that is appropriate for usage on metal surfaces and blends well with your kitchen. 

• Apply a thin, equal coat of paint.

• Allow every coat of paint to dry. 

• After the last coat has dried, check the door for any uneven surfaces and make necessary corrections.

It has been almost 6 years since we brought our fridge and it is absolutely in perfect condition. However the scratches and dirt cannot be cleared and it makes the fridge look as if it is 12 years old. I did my best to clean it up and make it all new but of no use. Here are all the steps to know how to make your fridge look all new:

• Remove fridge handles and doors as well a sthe screws

• Start to sand the fridge with a sandpaper or electric sander

• Use a painters tape to tape the inside of the doors

• Apply spray primer on the fridge or any other primer

• Hold your spray can 6 to 8 inches away from the fridge and start spraying the paint in even lines

• Use 2 coats of paint and then seal the fridge with a sealer and its complete

The fridge colour paint is super easy and gives an excellent result.

It took 3 cans of spray paint to colour the fridge completely so I will tell you that 3 to 4 cans of spray paint will be enough to get your entire fridge painted.
