Steps for Packing Curtains for Moving
My sister told me that I shouldn’t pack the curtains like that as it would be a hassle when I try to install them in a new house. Here is what she suggested me to do.
She asked me to clean them before packing as they were dirty. For that, I added them to the washing machine, washed them, and spread them out to dry.
After the drying process, she told me to fold the curtains lengthwise and place them over a padded hanger. I followed her instructions.
Next, I had to pin them securely to prevent them from wrinkling during the move.
Following that, she told me to hang them in the wardrobe box.
After that, she asked me to tape and label the box, which included what room the box should go in.
