Enabling the auto debit option is quite easy. I recently updated my auto debit option for my electricity bill payment on Paytm. In any payment app, you can see this option. Just select electricity/dish tv/gas bill pay or more and turn on the auto debit option there.
In the net banking portal of banks as well this option is available so you can enable auto debit there. If you feel these confusing, simply visit your bank's branch and get it done.
