5. Then, enter the NARN number and your date of birth.

6. After this, you must affix your passport size photograph in the ‘Specimen Signature, Photograph, and Third Part Attestation’ section.

7. If it’s a joint application, mention the place, date, and attach your signature at A1, A2, A3, and A4 and for the second applicant, repeat the same at B1, B2, B3, and B4.
