How to Do Indian Bank NRI Account Opening in Qatar?
If you visit the official website of
Indian Bank, you will see a section named ‘NRI, Trade, and Forex’ towards the right corner. Let me share some steps you can follow to open the account.
Click on the tab ‘NRI, Trade, and Forex. This will lead you to another page.
Then, you can see two links under NRI Savings A/C Opening Request Platform. Click on the ‘Apply Online’.
Once you’re directed to the next page, enter your country name and mobile number. In this case, it’s Qatar. Enter the rest of the information, such as email address and passport number, followed by the captcha.
Click on the ‘Agree to terms and conditions’ and ‘Send OTP’ for confirmation.
Then, you can fill in the account opening form available on the website home page under ‘Forms Download’.
There will be loan application forms and the general application forms. Under the latter, you will find an option for ‘Account Opening Forms NRI’.
