How to Unblock Kotak Bank Account?
My account was blocked because of some compliance reasons. I was given three ways to unblock my account, which I am sharing below.
You can initiate a video KYC from your home. You can visit this

to complete the KYC through a video call. The video KYC service is available every day from 9 AM to 7 PM, except for bank holidays.
You can visit your nearest branch and complete the full KYC. You can verify with an Aadhaar card, where biometric authentication is mandatory. If you wish to use another verification method, you have to show your PAN Card and address proof from your passport, driving licence and voter’s ID.
You can also book an appointment with a Kotak811 executive through the Kotak811 mobile banking app.
Go to the Kotak811 and mobile banking app.
Choose the 811 section.
Click on Book an Appointment. The officer will visit your house to complete the full KYC.
