The original sale deed along with a verified photocopy of the deed needs to be submitted at the Tahsildar’s office. Also, proof of possession of the property is essential.
Documents such as the electricity bill, property tax payment receipt, or encumbrance certificate establish your legal possession of the property.
These are the parent documents that are required while obtaining a Patta Chitta, and survey number. Hence, I do not think you will be able to get your patta without these documents.
