How to Mount Table Fan on Wall?
The secret of mounting a fan on a wall successfully lies in how secure the mount is. Here are the steps that I followed to mount the table fan on the wall.
Start by looking for a place where you can mount the fan easily. Be thoughtful so that the fan doesn’t end up as an obstacle for moving properly.
Put the mounting plate on the area and mark the areas with a pencil.
Use an electric drill and make fine holes in the marked places.
Fix the mounting plate at its place and make sure it's secure. You can try to pull it back with slight force.
Install the rear fan grill and hold it in its place with screws.
Once that is done, install the fan blades and fasten it.
Finally, install the front fan grill.
After installing the fan, connect the power supply to the fan and test it at a low speed. This is how to mount fan on wall.

Remove the shaft off the base
You can choose to cut the shaft to make it short and using a hacksaw screw it back to the fan to allow wall mounting
Drill holes in the wall and install rawl plugs in there. Screw the shaft in its position
Be careful with the wiring. Make sure that before you mount your floor fan, it is functioning and wiring is in place.
My suggestion is that you don’t risk it and call an expert to do the job. They barely take Rs. 50 - Rs. 100 for the said job. You will end up risking your fan otherwise.
