Follow these procedures to connect your phone number to your bank account:
- Visit a bank:
Visit an ATM or branch of your bank.
- Update KYC:
Submit a KYC form with your mobile number if your phone number is not already associated with your KYC (Know Your Customer) information.
- Internet Banking:
Log in to your account if you have internet banking. Go to the profile or contact information area. Choose the option to change your contact information. Enter and verify your new mobile number. On the new number, you'll get an OTP (One-Time Password). To verify, type it in. Your phone number will be connected to your bank account after verification, and you might receive a confirmation SMS or notice.
