Here’s how to install stainless steel wall panels;
Get the wall ready by giving it a thorough cleaning to get rid of any loose paint, oil, or dust.
For improved adhesive bonding, make sure the wall is dry and smooth.
Measure the wall and mark the cutting lines on the stainless steel sheet. To precisely trim, use a cutting tool or metal shears.
For adhesive installation, a thickness of roughly 0.5 mm is suitable.
Put adhesive on. Use a strong construction adhesive suitable for metal. Apply it in vertical lines or dotted patterns on the back of the panel.
Position and press the panel carefully against the wall. Press forcefully to reduce air gaps and achieve equal bonding.
Until the adhesive solidifies, use painter's tape or makeshift supports. Polish the surface and remove any fingerprints.
