Hey. I saw you asking how to install a battery operated ceiling fan. Let me give you the detailed steps for it.

  1. Find a sturdy ceiling hook or junction box. Then, clean the area and mark the center with a pencil.

  2. Lay out motor housing, blades, downrod (if any), remote, batteries, and screws. Then, charge the lithium battery pack fully first.

  3. After this, screw ABS blades onto motor arms using the provided screws. Tighten gently with a screwdriver. Also, don’t overtighten plastic.

  4. Thread the downrod into the motor top, secure with a pin and set screw. For flush-mount, skip downrod, use adapter plate.

  5. Then, lift the assembly and hook it onto the ceiling bracket. Most models have a safety cable clip to hook it. You should then double check the stability.

  6. Slide a rechargeable pack into the motor compartment, which is usually at the bottom. Connect wires matching colours. Then secure the cover.

  7. Slide decorative cover up to the ceiling, twist lock, or screw tight. This will balance out the look.

  8. You should then test. Insert batteries into the remote and press the learn button. Test speeds 1 to 5, reverse, timer, everything. Balance the blades if you see the fan wobbling.

  9. Do a safety check. Run the fan for about half an hour without the blades, then at full speed with the blades. Ensure you keep about 8 ft of clearance below the fan.

I hope this helps.
