The best way to hide a washing machine is to install a cabinet. I installed a wooden cabinet with two hinged doors which also have a washbasin next to it. It now looks compact and elegant so you can definitely opt for it.
Sliding door-
I visited one of my friend’s houses recently and saw that she has installed a sliding door in front of the washing machine. A sliding door hides the machine perfectly well so if you have space, you can use this method.
Curtains-
You can hide the washing machine behind a curtain as well. Make sure the curtains match the colour of the space and do not ruin the place’s appearance.
