When we were figuring out how to hang tab top curtains on a track or a rod, we decided to uncomplicate the matter. We followed a few simple steps, you can follow these as well.
Step 1: Check Height and Width
Before simply hanging the tab top curtains, you should determine the height at which you’ll hang them and width from both the ends of the window. Place the road accordingly and drill pilot holes.
Step 2: Install the Rod
After drilling the pilot holes, hold the brackets on the marked places and insert screws to fix them. Once your brackets are in place, set up the rod on it.
Step 3: Check the Length of the tab top Curtains
The length of the tab top curtains should be carefully defined. If you want it to be full length then keep just an inch gap between the floor and the curtain. If you have heating equipment right below the window then you should keep a gap of at least 5 to 6 inches between the floor and curtains.
Step 4: Start hanging the curtains
Lastly, remove the rod from its place and check the face of the curtain. Make sure that the good side faces your room. From right to left, start sliding the curtain through the rod using tab tops or loops.
