To give your shop or property on rent to a bank, you will need to find out which bank is in need of space and then submit your property documents there. Ask the bank manager about all the details and eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled. Do note some things
Your space can only get rented out if it fulfils the criteria set by the bank
You will need to pay Rs 2-3 lakhs or money as deposit money
Your rent will depend upon a lot of factors so ask about it forehand. As far as I know, the amount should be no less than Rs 15,000
