A methodical procedure must be followed in order to receive the survey number, RTC (Record of Rights, Tenancy, and Crop Inspection) document, and EC (Encumbrance Certificate). You can go to the local revenue office and make an official request for the survey number. I have recently searched the RTC details for my property in Karnataka by following the below steps:
Visit
https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/
.
Click on “View RTC and MR.”
Select the district, taluk, hobli, village, and other details.
Tap the Go button.
The new page will display detailed information about the property's ownership, tenancy, and other details. Moreover, to get the EC certificate in Karnataka visit
https://kaverionline.karnataka.gov.in/
and log in with your registered account. Select the Online EC button under the Services tab. Mention the required details to download the certificate.
