Hi, you can apply for NOC online by registering yourself on the Land and Development Authority’s website. There are a few processes you’ll have to follow after this. I am writing them down stepwise to make it easier for you.
How to Apply for NOC for Property?
Go to the
LDO portal

Click on the ‘eDharti’ button at the center of your screen. Click on ‘Login’ and then click on ‘New User’. Choose ‘Applicant Registration’ and register yourself on the portal by sharing all the details.
Once you register, the LDO official will analyse the uploaded property documents and will share a registration link on your registered mail ID. You need to upload documents, which include the lease deed, conveyance deed and the relationship establishing documents if the owner.
You will receive the login ID and password. After this, log into the LDO portal and apply for NOC.
You can also check the status of your NOC issuance through the ‘Application Status’ in the LDO portal.
