The online steps include:
Visiting the
Home - SAHAKARA SINDHU - DEPARTMENT OF COOPERATIONportal.
Click on the society registration 1960 act, under the online services
Then click ‘Registration for Society’.
The society registration form will appear. You must fill out the form in 3 parts:

After filling out the form and submitting documents, the application reference number is generated. This is verified by the department.
They will call for physical verification and request payment if all information and documentation are determined to be accurate. Update the information in your login after the payment.
The received application is forwarded to the caseworker who scrutinises the proposal.
After internal processing is finished, the superintendent receives the proposal, and after verifying, the superintendent sends it to the District Registrar for review and confirmation.
A Certificate of Registration will be issued and the memorandum of association and rules and regulations will be registered if the District Registrar of Societies and the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies are satisfied that the provisions of this Act and the rules adopted were being followed.
