You will be redirected to a new page where you will have a dropdown list, choose the ‘Sale’ option from it.
Next select the appropriate option from the next dropdown. Some of the options that appear are, Sale within MC area, sale within NDMC area, sale to tenant within MC, Additional copy, etc. pick the suitable option.
Now add the ‘second party mobile number’ and consideration value of your property
Submit these details and you will be redirected to a new page. If you are applying for a new sale deed, you will be asked to pay the stamp duty and registration fee. However, if you are requesting an additional copy, you will be asked for a few more details.
Alternatively, you can visit the sub registrar’s office. They have a copy of the sale deed with them. Just prepare an application and submit it with them. They will ask for a few documents and details to verify your identity and provide you with the sale deed.
