How to Get Pay Slip Online

There are several ways to get salary slips. The old method is giving the hard copies of the salary slips directly to the employees. However, nowadays the HR or finance department may either upload the salary slip on a central salary slip portal or send it via email to an employee. If sent via email, you can just open the document, enter the password, and view your salary slip. If the salary slip has been uploaded to a portal, you’d have to follow a process to check the salary slip.

Easy Process: How to Get Payslip Online

You are required to follow these steps to view your payslip:

  • Log in to your company’s salary portal using your credentials.

  • Go to the profile section and check the side or top navigation for ‘Salary Slips’. This is generally under the ‘My Statements’ button.

  • Tap on the ‘Payslip with Tax Slip’ button.

  • Now, you can check the salary slip as per the desired month and year.
