Under the RERA Act, it has become necessary to register projects under your state’s RERA ( Real Estate Regulatory Authority). RERA certificate acts as a proof that the property is RERA compliant. I will share with you the process to get a RERA certificate in Karnataka.
You will need visit rera.karnataka.gov.in
Then, click on ''Agent Registration'' option.
You will need to choose between an individual or business entity
Mention your email id.
Mention information asked including area of operation.
Upload required documents
Once your application has been reviewed by the authorities, you will be allotted a RERA registration number.
