A copy of the Will may only be obtained from the Sub-office registrar by the maker of the Will. The executor or a member of the deceased person's family may obtain a copy of the Will following proper identification verification. So, to answer your question, you cannot just get a registered will from the sub registrar’s office by knowing the name or the survey number of the property. You need to go through a complete identity verification process in order to get a copy of the will.
