• Visit the government website of aaple sarkar 

• • Login to your registered account 

• Once you reach the homepage of the website go to the revenue department from the left side menu.

• Under sub-department option select land record department

• After this you will see a list of services select certified copy of property card option.

• Now you will be required to provide your basic details in a form. Provide your

  Name Full, address along with pin code, Mobile number, Email-id, Aadhaar number.

• Select the city survey number where property is located

• Now you will be required to provide property address details in a form such as Ward number, City survey number, Final plot number and description if any, Property card (Number of copies, Enquiry Register Extract, Office order date and number of copies, Mutation number

• Now enter the submit button

• You will receive a confirmation notification on your screen.

The information which is mentioned in a property card includes the name of the property owner, land/property details such as area of the property, history of property ownership. The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi launched Swamitva Yojana in October 2020 to help villagers get loans on the basis of the property card. Under the Swamimitva Yojana, there were surveys which were conducted via drones that provided information about residence of villagers. Once that was done, the property maps were drawn digitally and the beneficiaries received an SMS alert from the government to apply for property card, here is what the process looks like:

1. The beneficiaries clicked on the link provided in the SMS or they needed to visit

2. After clicking on the link, they entered on ‘New User Registration’ button and a registration from was displayed on their screen
