Online:Go to the official website of e district Kerala.
Register yourself using name, date of birth, place, gender, house number, locality, aadhaar number, and contact details.
Once registered , login to the portal using your credentials
Now perform one time registration and click on application registration link. Verify and submit it
Now enter the details such as e-District registration number, name, certificate type and purposes
Save the information and move on to upload documents
The documents to be uploaded include proof of property ownership, encumbrance certificate, id proof, details of land tax, voter id or identity card by government
After uploading the documents you will have to pay the fee using online mode such as Netbanking, UPI, IMPS, etc.
After the payment is done, download the payment slip and note down your reference id
You can check back the status of your

Find the nearest Akshaya center and submit the application for possession certificate
Submit the documents required (as mentioned in the online process)
Pay the application fee
You will get the application number or reference id via sms
The revenue officer or tahsildar will process your application
