Hi,
It's simple to obtain a copy of your bank statement. Your statements are all listed on your online banking website. You can download a PDF from there.
Overall, steps include;
Log in to your net banking account
Select on the My Accounts section and then click on the Account statement icon. This will display the account statement page.
Select/Enter the account for your bank statement
Then you can select the period of the account statement by date or month
When choosing a month to download your bank statement from, choose the start month that is six months in the past.
The account statement can be viewed, printed, or downloaded on the following screen.
Select the PDF or Excel download option to save the file in order to download the account statement.
Your bank statement will download once you click the Go button.
