Select your state/UT
Download the EPIC-002 form
Till this you can do it online. After filling this form, you will have to
Fill the form with your name, relative’s name, residential address and more
Visit your nearest electoral office and submit the form along with some supporting documents like an Aadhar card copy, a copy of FIR and more
Once you submit it, you will get a reference number that you can use to track the application’s status
You will next receive a notification to collect your Voter ID card (duplicate)
