What is the eligibility to get LPG subsidy?I was asking my landlord about the eligibility and he said there are two conditions that should be met which are:
The person applying for subsidy must be 18 years or above
I shouldn't be having any other LPG connections in the same household
How to get LPG subsidy?
At first you need to fill up a form, be it offline or online. If you want to do it offline, visit your LPG gas’ office and get it done there. But if you want to know
how to get gas subsidy online, let me share the details I got to know. I opted for Bharat gas connection since most of the households had it there. So I am sharing how to get bharat gas subsidy as an example for other gas connections as well, it is almost the same.
Do remember that you will need a bank account to join the LPG subsidy scheme for Bharat Gas so if you have one already follow the steps I am mentioning now:
Link your bank with Aadhar through Form 1. You can do it by
Calling on
(1800-2333-555) or by visiting
www.rasf.uidai.gov.in
or
www.MyLPG.in
There is another way to do it.
You can visit the bank and provide them with the account details like your account number, IFSC code etc. But all banks do not do this so ask them before trying t get your subsidy
