DTCP stands for Directorate of Town and Country Planning. It is essential to get your land DTCP approved if your property falls outside Chennai. In most of the areas of Tamil Nadu, DTCP approval is required except for the one under the control of (CMDA) Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority. DTCP has the jurisdiction of both planned and unplanned areas of Tamil Nadu.
