Hi,
When you have finished your primary COVID-19 vaccination course, you may be eligible for 2 booster doses of the coronavirus vaccine: the first booster for everyone aged 16 and over, as well as some children aged 12 to 15 who are at high risk from COVID-19; and a seasonal booster for some people, including those aged 50 or over, or who are pregnant, as well as frontline health and social care people.
How to get the 1st booster dose?To receive a first booster dose, you must have finished the primary COVID-19 vaccine course and received your last dose at least three months prior.
If you haven't received your first booster, you can:
Schedule a COVID-19 vaccination appointment online for a visit to a pharmacy or vaccination clinic. In order to get vaccinated without an appointment and if it has been two months (61 days) since your last dosage, you can pre-book a booster dose.
Wait for a local NHS service, such as your GP office, to contact you before making your appointment.
You must bring the letter, text, or email asking you to receive your first booster dose if you are between the ages of 12 and 15.
If you don't have an appointment, you can bring a statement outlining your illness from your doctor or a hospital specialist, stating that everyone you live around needs to obtain the first booster.
How to take a seasonal dosage booster? You can schedule a COVID-19 vaccination appointment online an appointment at a vaccination centre or pharmacy to receive a seasonal booster dose.
Locate a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination location to receive the vaccination without an appointment.
This is the complete process of getting a booster dose. I hope it helps you.
