You must bring the letter, text, or email asking you to receive your first booster dose if you are between the ages of 12 and 15.
If you don't have an appointment, you can bring a statement outlining your illness from your doctor or a hospital specialist, stating that everyone you live around needs to obtain the first booster.
How to take a seasonal dosage booster?You can schedule a COVID-19 vaccination appointment online an appointment at a vaccination centre or pharmacy to receive a seasonal booster dose.
Locate a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination location to receive the vaccination without an appointment.
