As far as I know, you can ask for a stamp duty refund within six months after the date of purchase of stamp paper. You can, however, ask for a RERA penalty charge from the builder for delayed possession, but you might not be able to claim the stamp duty. I suggest you better seek a legal expert’s advice in this matter.
