Go to the official TDS website www.tdscpc.gov.in
Now register on the platform as Taxpayer, Deductor or PAO
Once you register, go to the ‘Download’ tab
Enter PAN details, contact details of buyer and sellers, property details, amount paid for the property, tax deposited, etc.
Now proceed for confirmation and click on ‘Submit Request’
The application will be moved for processing.
Once the application is approved you will receive a confirmation notification and your download request will appear.
Use the request number to check the status of the download request.
Go to the ‘Requested Downloads’ option to download the files.
