Reserved Parking or Parking Fees: I have an extra parking space which is close to the building entrance. I have rented that out for a parking fee that I receive every month.
Workshops: I have been into fitness for the last two decades. So, every week I organize small fitness events for 25 people at a time. I charge them a minimal fee and this generates a small profit for me every month.
Private Events: A society has a lot of residents and every month there are family gatherings and birthday parties. For these events, renting a lot of things is necessary and I act as an intermediary between them and help them with their requirements. I generate a small profit.
