Here are the steps he followed to fix the window AC from making a vibration sound.
He inspected the window frame and said that if there are any spaces between the unit and the window frame, he would seal them with foam strips or weatherstripping.
Check for any loose bolts or screws holding the air conditioner to the window frame, along with its internal parts.
He also cleaned the coils and air filter.
Finally, he inspected the unit for loose screws or parts and tightened it. This was the issue with my window AC.
I would suggest hiring an AC technician to fix this issue.
