Place the welding rod inside the welding gun. After this, move the gun down across or down to the crack of the water storage tank as per the instructions of the gun.
The epoxy must dry for a minimum of one hour before you move ahead.
After the epoxy has dried, sand it down gently to get rid of rough edges made by the repair of the water storage tank. Paint on the top of the former cracked portion to conceal the repair marks.
