Hey Maryan. So I do know how to fix drawer slides that stick and can help you with this. You will have to lubricate the drawers to overcome friction and make the movement smooth. I have a ball bearing drawers and will share the method I have been using to smoothen the tracks of my drawer below.
Fixing Lubricating Metal and Ball Bearing Drawers
Begin by removing the drawer and empty the drawer.
Take a damp cloth to clean the area you’re preparing to lubricate. Wipe down one or both runners and dry them.
Ensure the runners are as clean and dry as possible before proceeding.
Apply the lubricant to the runners. If you use a spray lubricant, hold the spray nozzle as close as possible. Spray the runner in increments, using short bursts to ensure the whole area is covered.
If you use lubricant in a squeeze bottle, be sure to coat the runners completely, like especially the areas that make contact with the drawer runners.
Clean up any extra lubricant and put the drawer back on the runners. Open and close the drawer to make sure the lubricant is covering the whole area and working properly.
I hope this helps.

To fix cabinet drawers that stick, you must use soap or wax. I didn’t know about how to fix cabinet drawers that stick until I faced this issue. A month ago, I hired a carpenter to fix my wooden cabinet drawers that had been stuck. When I asked him the reason, he said that it might be because the rails are unclean or contain debris. He told me to use soap regularly to fix it. I have shared the detailed methods below.
How to Fix Drawer Slides that Stick?
Here is the process the carpenter informed me to easily fix sticking issues.
You must remove the drawer that is jutting out of the dresser.
Rub the soap or wax on the runner (i.e. the surface on which the drawer slides).
Apply some wax to the drawer's bottom where it slips onto the dresser.
Finally, test after reinstalling the drawer in the cabinet.
If the problem persists, repeat every few months or hire a professional carpenter to fix it. I hope you found this helpful.
