Hello Ridhyara. I will be able to share how to fix wall mounted commode with you. See, this is quite a complex process and needs a lot of expertise. So, if you haven’t handled plumbing lines before, it would be best to call an expert plumber rather than handling the installation yourself. If you’d still like to know how it is done, I have described the whole process below.
How to Fix a Wall Mounted Toilet?
Get a stud finder, locate the wall studs and mark the points where you will install the carrier frame. Ensure the marks are level to prevent a bent or twisted installation.
Next, position the carrier frame against the wall, aligning it with the marks. Drill holes into the wall studs and attach the frame using the given bolts.
Attach the water supply lines to the inlet on the carrier frame. Ensure the connection is secure to prevent any leaks.
Join the waste pipe to the outlet on the carrier frame. Ensure the connection is good and free of leaks.
Mount the toilet bowl by aligning the mounting bolts on the bowl with the holes in the carrier frame. Slide the bowl onto the bolts carefully, making sure that it sits level. Tighten the nuts on the mounting bolts to secure the bowl in place.
Test whether the bowl is completely stable by sitting on it gently to ensure it doesn’t move or wobble.
Position the flush plate as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Connect the flush plate to the flushing mechanism within the tank. This may include attaching cables or rods, based on the design of your wall-mounted toilet. Make sure the connections are functional and well attached.
Apply silicone sealant around the edges where the bowl meets the wall.
Switch on the water apply and check that the toilet is flushing well a few times. Check for leaks, too.
I hope this helps.

I decided to change the bathroom by replacing the old commode, with a wall-hung mounted toilet. This change was to make my bathroom feel larger and to have more floor space and this toilet floating design makes cleaning much easier. Hence I researched how to fix wall mounted commode. I found the steps easier, so I tried on my own. I have also shared the steps that I came across below.
How to Fix Wall Mounted Toilet?
Here is the process I came across in creating a functional bathroom:
You have to start by measuring the distance between the studs, which could be 180mm or 230 mm. Check the toilet installation instructions for correct measurements.
Attach the pieces to the cistern by screwing them in. Make sure you face the dip part in the right direction so it's easier to access afterwards.
To fit the bolt into the dips of the cylindrical pieces on the cistern, loosely screw in the bolt. This will help you with the final adjustments when you're ready to secure the toilet.
You can follow the manufacturer’s instructions to fix the water inlet elbow. Be sure to tightly seal and secure it properly.
Make sure you position the heads of the screws towards the access holes by screwing them in the right direction.
To lessen the noise and avoid any damage while use, place a foam pad for cistern structure protection.
Before you install the wall-hung toilet, securely level the inlet and evaluation elbow, also tighten the black screw with an allen wrench that is facing the other way to prevent the toilet from moving.
I tried to do the above steps on my own but I failed. Later, I understood this can't be done unless I hire a professional plumber. I then hired a plumber from NoBroker and got a wall mounted commode installed easily. I hope this procedure of how to fix a wall mounted toilet is helpful for you.
