Losing a SIM card is actually going to make you suffer a lot. When I lost my phone having my SIM card, I went to the Telecom Operator near my house, told them everything and within a week they gave me the same number.
If you want to find the SIM card on your phone
Go to Settings
Click on About phone
Click on Status
Located the ICCID or card number and get it
If you want to find the SIM without the phone then do know that it is not possible. ICCID number is not trackable if the SIM is not in a working phone so you won’t be getting your SIM card.
