There are 3 ways that might help you in locating your EB number;
You can go through your prior electricity bills to obtain your EB number. The number is often at the top of the bill produced by the power board. According to the power board where you have registered, the consumer ID may alternatively be referred to as a "account ID" or "account number."
You can also get your EB number by logging in to your power board’s website. You can readily access the data that is saved there, including your consumer number, once you have logged in.
As a registered consumer, you can also go to the nearest electricity board office to get your EB number.
