Hello. I came across your query, asking how to find BESCOM account ID with RR number. Although you will find people saying that the RR number can be used to find your BESCOM account ID through the KarnatakaOne portal or the BESCOM website and app, this is not true.
I checked this myself on both the Karnataka One website and the BESCOM website and wasn’t able to find any way to get the account ID through the RR number.
On websites, you will find that to search for bill details, you will have to enter your RR number and then you can see your account ID, but the bill payment system asks for Account ID or username and not RR number.
How to Find BESCOM Account ID?
The BESCOM Account ID is present on all of your bills.
You can find it in the header section, labelled as Account ID beneath the RR number
If you wish to check your bill online, the Karnataka One and BESCOM’s respective websites and apps require an Account ID to fetch bills, so that won’t help.
In case you don’t have any of your previous BESCOM bills, you can call 1912 from your registered mobile number and ask for help from the BESCOM customer service. There, you may be able to get the Account ID by sharing your RR number and or any other account details.
