To computerize the Register of Rights, the Indian government launched the National Land Record Modernization Program. The National Land Record Modernization Program, I believe, is what led several states to make the Record of Rights available online. If you want to know how to check property details with Aadhaar number, I can help you out with it. For that, you must visit the official portal for your state.
How to Check Property Details by Aadhar Card Number?
Prior to explaining the process to verify your property details, the Registration Act of 1908 states that presenting your Aadhaar card at the time of property registration is not mandatory. However, the process will be simpler and more transparent if you link your property to your Aadhaar number.
While there is no centralized portal to check Aadhaar-linked properties, you can verify property ownership and linkage through state land record portals and local revenue offices.
Most states have digitized land records that may include Aadhaar details if linked. Visit your state’s Bhulekh, Dharani, or Land Records Portal (e.g., Maharashtra’s Mahabhulekh, Karnataka’s Bhoomi).
Enter property details such as survey number, owner name, property address, or khata number.
If you have linked your Aadhaar, it may appear in the ownership records.
If the Aadhaar linkage is not visible online, visit the local Tehsildar or Revenue Department. Request a copy of the Record of Rights (ROR) or 7/12 Extract to check if Aadhaar is linked.
In urban areas, Aadhaar details may be linked to property tax records. Visit the Municipal Corporation or Property Tax Department to verify the linkage and get the details.
This is how to know land details with Aadhaar number.

Hey,
The government of Telangana has made Aadhaar details mandatory for updating and registering non-agriculture properties online for authentication and purification of records.
As far as I know, the revenue department issues Pattadar passbooks to you after obtaining the Aadhar details. You can find the property details using this Pattadar number in Hyderabad on the Dharani portal.
