To safeguard buyers’ interests, RERA has given a provision to the consumers to file a complaint on their official website. Note that the RERA website for each state is different. Here is how to file RERA complaint online.
To file the complaint against the builder, you need to visit the state website of RERA.
Go to the link of the complaint registration option.
After clicking on the complaint registration option, you will land on the page where you are required to fill in the complaint details.
You need to fill in your details or details of the buyer: Aadhar no, the Address of the property you are complaining about, and your contact details.
At last, you have to make the payment as complaint registration fees which will be Rs. 1000, you can make the payment through credit card, debit card, Net banking.
