How to file property tax online in DelhiTo pay property taxes in Delhi, you will have to visit the official website of the property taxes in your area. There are 4 zones - NDMC, EDMC, SDMC and Cantonment area. Let’s take an example of NDMC.
Open the official website of DMC (Delhi Municipal Corporation )Select between NDMC ( North Delhi Municipal Corporation), SDMC (South Delhi Municipal Corporation) and EDMC (East Delhi Municipal Corporation).
As soon as you click on one of the options, a new portal will open .
Select the option which says “ Pay Property Tax”.
A page with property ownership details will open up
Enter your details and Enter the property details required.
Select the option which says ‘compute tax’
Followed by the submit button.
Pay the property tax online via netbanking option.
Once the tax is paid, click on 'generate challan'.
The receipt of your payment will be displayed on screen.
Your property tax filing online Delhi is now complete.
