In accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, if the tenant violates any of its provisions, the landlord may evict them. In the absence of a written agreement or contract, a landlord may ask a tenant to leave the property. However, the landlord needs to grant him one month's notice.
They can also obtain legal counsel to file a civil court eviction complaint against the renter if they refuse to leave. A renter cannot be evicted against their choice, but if there is a valid reason, it is possible.
