1) Take your two drape panels and turn them so the coloured sides and the right side are facing down. Place the panels so that their two top corners meet in a horizontal position.
2) Try to draw a vertical line that is straight, 2 inches inside of every panel's joining point, and link the lines together for scarves and valances.
3) As far as the tape will go, insert it into the gap. The hooks eventually stopped allowing you to go deeper than 2 inches. After that, press and heat the joint with your pressing iron.
4) Take your drape and drape it across the rod. The drape will then drop at equal distances along both sides of the pole when you draw down one of its sides.
5) Draw one end of the drape panel up slowly and over the curtain rod, then pull back the part that now hangs over the middle of the curtain rod. It'll shape into a drape.
6) Draw one end of the panel up and over the bracket holding the curtain rod, then pull the other end down.
