Here’s how to download sale deed online Telangana,
Visit the Telangana Registration Portal: Open
https://registration.telangana.gov.in/certifiedCopy.htm. This is the official portal for registration, stamp duty, and certified documents in Telangana.
Select the Type of Certified Copy: You will see two options: Certified Copies of Registered Documents (On Payment): For all existing registered documents, and
Certified Copy of Document (New Registrations Only): For newly registered documents. Click the option that applies to your sale deed.
Enter Document Details: In the “Certified Copies of Registered Documents (On Payment)” section, fill in the following fields accurately: District: The district where the property is registered, Year of Registration: The year in which the sale deed was registered, SRO (Sub-Registrar Office): Select the SRO where the registration was done, and Document Number: The unique registration number of your sale deed.
Click on “Get Details”: Once you fill in all the required information, click the Get Details button. This will retrieve your sale deed record from the portal.
Make Payment: After the document details are displayed, proceed to pay the applicable fee online using net banking, debit/credit card, or other available modes.
Download the Sale Deed: A link to obtain a certified copy of your sale deed will show up after payment has been completed successfully. To save the PDF copy to your device, click the download button.
Print (Optional): The downloaded sale deed may be printed for private or official use. The certified copy that was downloaded can be utilized for legal, loan processing, or property verification.
