Every state has its own portal from where you can download the nativity certificate. If you are from Tamil Nadu, you will need to

  TN eSevai portal

• Register/login for CAN to access the application form

• Enter the CAN number 

• Search for the records

• You will get to see your record next

• Select the record

• Click on Proceed

• Select Category of Nativity by birth/ Nativity by Residence

• Enter your ration card number next

• Click on the option Add

• Click on submit

• Attach or upload the required documents

• Make the payment and print the receipt

• Go to the Meeseva website

• Tap on Login

• Go to "Revenue"

• Tap on " Nativity Certificate"

• Scan the required documents and upload them to the website.

• Fill in the details required in the form.

• Pay the required amount via Net Banking.

• After the payment tap on "show payment"

• After getting the receipt you will receive a delivery date.

• After your application gets approved you will receive a message in the mobile number that you have given while filling up the form.

• Login to the portal to download the nativity certificate.
