How to Get BBMP Sanction Plan?
Once on the “Plan Sanction Details” page (

), you will see lists of sanctioned plans organised by year, zone (e.g. ADTP South, West, etc.), and permit number.
For each entry, there is typically a “View Site Plan” or PDF link which allows you to open or download the sanctioned plan document as a PDF.
If you already know the sanction number or address, use the search or filter options in the portal to narrow results.
When you find your plan, click on the “View / Download” link (often labelled “Site Plan,” “PDF,” or similar).
The PDF will either open in the browser (from where you can save) or directly prompt download.
If you cannot find your plan via the online list, sometimes you may need to register as a user or login (especially via BPAS), submit a request or get authentication to view restricted or older plans.
Also, the “Downloads & Manuals” section in BPAS provides user manuals and guidance documents which help navigate the system.
Keep in mind that not all plans may be available online (older years or special cases might require a physical visit to the relevant ADTP / BBMP office). But for most recent sanctions, the above method via BBMP’s “Plan Sanction Details” / BPAS is the standard way to download the sanction plan.
